OneinaMil, LLC announced today that Kendall Wyman will be joining their team as a managing partner and VP of Talent Matchmaking and HR consulting. OIAM, based in Charleston, SC, offers Culture Driven Recruiting and HR services to clients across North America. 

The addition of Kendall to the OIAM team will add executive-level HR expertise and allow OIAM to expand their offerings to include HR-On Demand services to their clients.

Kendall started her career in HR nearly a decade ago and has found her niche in providing comprehensive solutions to her clients, handling nearly every aspect of the demanding and dynamic HR profession. Kendall holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, and certifications as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Senior Certified HR Professional.

Kendall’s unique “Culture-Driven” approach to HR and Recruiting is in perfect alignment with the core values of OIAM, making Kendall a natural fit to grow the OIAM team and their service offerings. Kendall has a strong track record of building HR teams from the ground up and developing HR processes for new and growing companies. Kendall also brings a high level of strategic talent acquisition and thought leadership to the OIAM team.

When asked why she wanted to join OIAM, Kendall stated that it was the "most natural choice." She and Lee-Anne Scalley, CEO of OIAM, met almost two years ago and quickly developed a professional friendship, bouncing ideas and candidates off of one another. Kendall stated “LA and I clicked right away, after a few years of running in the same professional circles we started to work more closely together and realized that our strengths and weaknesses truly complimented one another. I have always admired LA for her entrepreneurial spirit and I love everything that OIAM stands for, all that it has accomplished in two short years, and I see incredible opportunity to add value and take the OIAM team into an exciting and successful 2016! Kendall will use her HR & Recruiting expertise to further develop OIAM’s Talent Matchmaking teams and processes, while providing exceptional value to the increasing client needs of OIAM. She will also focus on continuing to build the HR consulting arm, so OIAM can continue to partner with and provide strategic solutions to companies needing HR services and support.
